Exam / Selection Pattern

  • IT Officer Prelims: English (50 Qs, 25 marks, 40 min) + Reasoning (50 Qs, 50 marks, 40 min) + Quantitative Aptitude (50 Qs, 50 marks, 40 min). 120 minutes.
  • Mains: Professional Knowledge (Domain-specific paper) — 60 questions, 60 marks, 45 minutes.
  • Law Officer and Rajbhasha Officer: Only single-stage Mains exam + Interview (no Prelims).
  • Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
