General science in CUET does not expect derivations. It expects recognition of units, laws, wave types, and common instruments.

• Units: force-newton, work-joule, power-watt.
• Light: electromagnetic wave, reflection, refraction, and common optical ideas.
• Sound: medium-based wave behaviour and speed comparisons.
• Electricity and magnetism: simple circuit-level awareness and practical use.

Chemistry questions are mostly formula and concept recall.

• Common formulas: H2O, CO2, O2, NaCl, HCl.
• Acids, bases, and salts: nature and everyday examples.
• Metals and non-metals: conductivity, reactivity, and uses.
• Mixtures versus compounds: a standard conceptual distinction.

Biology gives fast marks if you revise it as associations.

• Cell: basic unit of life.
• Chlorophyll: photosynthesis pigment.
• Pancreas: insulin secretion.
• Vitamin C: deficiency leads to scurvy.
• Oxygen: essential for respiration.

Keep organs, hormones, vitamins, and diseases in a quick-recall table in your head.

Environment and space questions are usually broad and factual.

• Ozone layer: protects from harmful UV radiation.
• Greenhouse effect: linked to global warming.
• Sun: a star, not a planet.
• Planets and satellites: basic solar-system classification.

This section should be revised through one-line definitions rather than detailed theory.
