Agniveer salary in Year 1 is Rs. 30,000/month (in-hand Rs. 21,000 after a 30% contribution to Seva Nidhi fund). By Year 4, it reaches Rs. 40,000/month. After 4 years, they receive the Seva Nidhi corpus (own contributions + government matching) of approximately Rs. 11.71 lakhs.
